Exchange or returns due to variations in material is not accepted. Characteristics in variations such as light or dark spots, knots in wood, fluctuations in wood and stone grain do not qualify as a defect in our products or a defect of production. All-natural products will have some aesthetic differences that are a result of natural creation, and will not be accepted as a reason for exchange, return or refund.
